Description

Talking to the copyshop guy "d", he was complaining about asbestos in all these buildings. Apparently june 5th, city of seattle is opening up grants to get that stuff dealt with. $50k-$100k.

If its vermiculite or other loose insulation, common attic and crawlspace drafts will disturb it and cause it to be in the air.
