Make space suitable for hardware hacking events

Here's a list of things that I would need to run something similar to the symbol crash hardware hacking events I help organize at seattle makers. I would like to do this, currently there is only one blocking issue.

Needs -- possible solutions:

1. Soldering, disassembly, and analysis space for 3 active people (blocking) -- more electronics benches, portable soldering stations/microscopes, ts-100's and rubber mats
2. At least one fully stocked electronics workbench -- get organizer + organize spaces electronic components + see whats missing and put out a wanted notice
3. 10-12 test targets, preferably production items -- go to goodwill/ebay or ask people for old routers/embedded devices that work to teach first principles of poking hardware

Additional wants -- all of these can also be loaned for event from members/organizers, but wouldn't be bad to have at the space:

1. 2-3 Glasgow's
2. 2 knockoff jtags (optional)
3. 2-3 DSLogic Pros
4. 1 SDR (dealers choice but preferably HackRF+) (optional)
