build a periscope

we should have a way to see who's at the front door without having to go down the stairs and triggering the REX sensor.

We could have a camera, *or* we could have an elaborate series of mirrors and lenses to see who's there from say the top of the staircase or banister or whatever.

Also we should the screen from the hub window to be able to stick our heads out.

there are security concerns with a permanent camera out front, a periscope would be cool.
