Toured the space to esther who is interested in one of the offices in the gelb building

need to email mark seeing if he would be amenable to transferring the lease from one of the rooms from the neighbors to us/SCN (probably us).

need to figure out an email for our neighbors to ask if they would be amenable to this. if not, ask if they have any interest subletting.
