Upgrade OPNSense Router to 25.1

Description

OPNSense 24.7.12 (​https://docs.opnsense.org/releases/CE_24.7.html) went EOL when 25.1 got released on 2025-01-28. We need to upgrade to the new version to keep getting security updates and stuff.

Since this is a major upgrade it should be done in-person via either Serial or "VGA". Documentation on how to accomplish this is at ​https://docs.opnsense.org/manual/updates.html#major-upgrades.
