Purchase and install smart thermostat

/dev/hack spent $1000 on electricity last billing cycle. We suspect much of that was for Air Conditioning. Some members have noticed that the AC setpoint has been getting set to 65F. Not only is that way too cold and quite uncomfortable for a lot of folks, but it's extremely expensive to try and keep a large commercial space that cool. The setpoint should ideally be between 70 and 74. It should never go below 68. Whoever is setting it at 65, please stop, and anyone who is packing up should try to remember to turn off the AC.
