Some windows not latching properly

In the kitchen: on the north side, the second window from the east wall has a sagging outer frame that prevents the lock from engaging.

In the Hub, the southern window (left side) has a similar issue.

Currently, both need the upper/outer window frame to be pushed up to allow the locks to latch. This may require two people.
