Let me mount a public folder on our NAS to an external PC

Description
right now we're just downloading jukebox data to a random hard drive (??)
Can we mount a subdirectory the cluster's ceph store to this machine on boot to store files in it. Can we make this subdirectory publically accessible? Maybe over NFS/FTP or something?
