How possible is it to host a feast at the space? Maybe put a grill out the window of the kitchen. get some paper plates and plastic silverware. maybe induction cooker? Bring meals, bring ingredients, bring yourself, bring friends. potluck!

in earnest, it could be helpful to collect people's dietary allergies & other restrictions to inform what people should bring e.g., I am a vegetarian and allergic to all squashes.

and then the normal step of creating a spreadsheet-like-thing for people to register what they're bringing.

I think the constraining factor is someone deciding a date & showing up with necessary infrastructure. executive function / managing / delegation is needed, there is interest in helping out / making this happen.
